Once your order has reached packing stage (Processing Order), we are unable to amend it prior to dispatch. This includes the cancellation of orders.

We are unable to send parcels to any PO BOX addresses.

We are currently unable to send any aerosols (including our sprays) to the US, the Canary Islands, Gibralter, Malta and Iceland.

In the event that we are unable to fulfil any items from our clearance section a refund will be issued but no notification email will be sent.
