5 Drawer Supply Case

This 5 drawer craft supply organizer was designed with Washi tape and micro-ribbon (over 200 rolls)  in mind, but it’s the perfect storage for everything from rulers to embellishments!  Removable dividers help to segment the drawers for small items, but can be removed for storing longer and larger items.

The cases have a handle at the top to lift and move the boxes to your workspace as needed, but are not intended to be used as a tote.  To maximize your cube-style furniture, 3 Stash & Store cases will fill one cube with “tons” of storage options.  Front to back, top to bottom, side to side storage – it doesn’t get more efficient than that!

The Stash & Store boxes are made of 3mm heavy paperboard, covered with 157g coated paper. Leave them clean and white, or decorate them to match your style.

Overall Dimensions:  12.5″ tall x 14″ deep x 4.25″ wide
Each drawer opening is 2.25″ tall and 4.25″ wide

I love this organizer so much. I use a few drawers to store wash tape, one drawer for liquid pearls, and stickles, and smaller ink pads in one drawers. Not intended to be portable, but very sturdy when I leave it in its cubby!

This is a great organizer to put so many items in. I did end up taking out the cardboard insert to be able to put some of my larger items in it. Fits perfect in my storage cubes!

After my Scraprack, the Stash and Store cases are my favorite TT products! In the 5-Drawer case, I keep small inks – Memento Dew Drops, Ranger Chalk Inks, and Tim Holtz distress inks. The case fits nicely in a cube, and I love taking out a drawer to use while I’m working – not too big on the table and keeps the inks corralled!

I love the 5 drawer Stash & Store case almost as much as I love washi. I have two of them that store my ever growing washi container.

I LOVE the Stash & Store cases! I have four, and use them to organize my washi tape, my Stickles, my craft paints, my ribbon, my small supplies. They’re great for me — a scrapbooker who crops at home as well as away. They transport perfectly to crops, and three of them fit exactly perfectly inside an Ikea Kallax cube. When I say these changed my crafting life, I’m not exaggerating. I’m so organized, and everything is visible so I know where everything is. I highly recommend!

I have many of the S&S storage units. They fit in the Kallax and WalMart’s BH&G cubbie units. I disagree that they cannot be portable. I have one of the 5-drawer units loaded that I carry in a Laura Bag for protection. I pull it out and put it on the table top for easy access. I have one drawer with adhesives, one with paint brushes and watercolor paints, another with scissors and hole punches, another with all the little tools that we use, and the bottom drawer is loaded with all my ruler type tools (rulers, perfect layers, magnifying ruler, ripping aids). I have another that holds all my Tim Holtz distress paints. Super duper storage!!

Love this one so much that I want a second.

If you use Creative Memories tape runners as your adhesives they do not fit. 🙁
And if you have a variety of sizes of ribbon and not just all the same size washi tape it’s a struggle to make it work. I will keep trying.

      Hi Cari –
That is one of the struggles with organizing paper crafting supplies, there are so many different sizes and shapes. I don’t own any of the Creative Memories adhesives, would you mind sending me the dimensions? If you’re looking for storage for these there are others who will have the same questions. The Edna Buddy Bag is a great choice for ribbon. What size ribbon are you using? I might be able to make a specific suggestion for that. Also, as far as the washi tape is concerned, try removing the dividers and/or shortening by tearing along the perforation. Sometimes just that extra layer of the divider cardboard will make a huge difference in how the washi tape fits in this box. T.
