3 Ways to get organized with The ScrapMaster

As many of you know, I resisted designing the ScrapMaster for YEARS! I was always a huge advocate of storing scraps right in the Scraprack within the 4 section system. Last year at one of the conventions, someone asked me about scrap storage and I suggested she keep her scraps with her paper in her ScrapRack. She said, “I’ve got 4 ScrapRacks, but I don’t keep any paper in them – I’d love something I could use in my Paper Handlers…”

Ahhhh…, I finally understood and the ScrapMaster jumped to the top of my list. We introduced the ScrapMaster in February and it sold out almost instantly.

After the introduction, we discovered, as we so often do, that there are multiple uses for the ScrapMaster. Here are 3 more ways to use the ScrapMaster.

Of course, using if for scraps is the most common use.

Using it as a paper collection keeper is also a great idea.

I’m always saying, keep things together you use together. The ScrapMaster does allow you to easily keep paper collections together. This has been especially useful for crafters who work with some of the scrapbooking and stamping companies. They’re able to keep all of the papers in a collection together with the scraps from that collection.

I have a Creative Memories collection and project recipe stored in a ScrapMaster. This is a Thanksgiving collection, so when I’m ready to scrap a Thanksgiving event, all I need to do add is photos.

Keeping small themes together

One thing I hadn’t considered while designing the ScrapMaster, is using it to store all the bits and pieces of a particular theme. The gusseted pockets are perfect for keeping small embellishments organized, paper can be stored in the center, and scraps, of course, can be stashed in the larger pockets.

Yes, it is an ideal project planner for scrapbooking.

If you like to pre-plan your pages and gather the photos, mementos, papers, stickers, and embellishments together in one tidy little package (before you go to a crop), the ScrapMaster is the perfect choice.

If you use our 12×12 Paper Handler or 12×12 Fab File – either of those is the perfect way to transport your pre-packed ScrapMasters to your crafty event.

The ScrapMaster does fit in our 12×12 Paper Storage Boxes, the 12×12 Paper Handler and the 12×12 Fab File.
