Shipping

It is possible to see shipping charges prior to completing your order.  Once you enter your order and give your shipping address, you will be asked to select a form of payment, but you won’t actually have to give your credit card number until the next screen.  In that screen, you can view shipping options from a drop down list.

These options will show the real-time shipping rates from USPS and FedEx as well as other Flat Rate Shipping Options we offer within the continental USA. You can make your shipping selection at that time. We strive to ship orders the same business day for any order in before 7am Pacific time, Monday through Thursday.  We do not ship on Fridays.

Are you in Canada?

Did you know we have an online retailer in Canada? While we are happy to process your order, www.ScrapRack.ca will be able to give you accurate shipping costs and taxes, and there won’t be any added Customs fees.

Are you outside of the US and Canada?

If you order through our website to ship outside of the US, the shipping costs quoted are for shipping ONLY.  Duty, customs and GST are added per carrier and will be in addition to the shipping charges, collected upon delivery.
